Randal M. Lee, President
A successful individual investor and experienced property manager, Mr. Lee possesses
more than twenty-six years of experience in commercial and residential real estate.
Together with Paul Loh, Wellington's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lee presently owns and
manages real property assets of approximately $200 Million. Mr. Lee is a graduate of
California State University of Hayward.

Ricardo J. da Silva, Vice President
With over thirteen years of experience providing commercial brokerage & consulting
services, Mr. da Silva has successfully represented numerous user, investor and
developer clients in a variety of commercial property purchase/sale and leasing
transactions. A partial list of Mr. da Silva's clients include Bank of America, Citicorp,
Harding ESE, a MACTEC company, the County of Alameda, Far East National Bank,
Pacific Gas & Electric Co., Maisons Marques and Domaines USA, and the Oakland Hebrew
Day School. Mr. da Silva is a graduate of Boston College.

Paul M. Loh CPM®, Chief Financial Officer
An established and well-respected multi-family investment broker for over twenty-five
years and property manager for over 15 years, Mr. Loh previously served on the Board
of Directors of the Oakland Board of Realtors. Mr. Loh is a recipient of the Institute of Real Estate Management (CPM®)
designation and of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institutes Certified Commercial Investment Member designation
(CCIM), and received his Masters of Business Administration from San Francisco State
University.

John P. Loh, Secretary Mr. Loh has over twenty-five years of brokerage and consulting experience
successfully representing individual, institutional and international clients in the San
Francisco Bay Area commercial property market. Mr. Loh’s partial list of past and present
clients includes Kaiser International, Bank of America, Neptune Orient Lines, American
President Companies, California Federal Bank (CalFed), and the Roman Catholic Diocese
of Oakland. Mr. Loh also has extensive experience working with commercial and multi-
family developers in site selection, land acquisition and entitlement processes.
Mr. Loh has held numerous municipal, state and federal appointments, including recently
serving as President of the Board of Commissioners for the Port of Oakland. In 2002, Mr.
Loh was appointed by the Bush Administration to serve on the Board of directors for the
United States Merchant Marine Academy in King's Point, New York.

Sarah Mills, Property Manager Ms. Mills joined LOH Realty & Investments as a Sales Associate in 2003. In addition to her sales position with LOH, Ms. Mills is a Property Manager for Wellington, an affiliate of LOH. Her accounting and office management background, along with her excellent organizational and people skills, are a most welcome addition. As well as working full time, Ms. Mills is continuing her college education and plans to complete her Certified Property Manager designation in the next few years.
